Get your kid to class and jump in the next studio or just come for yourself. Either way, we will have fun and work hard. Workout classes will be a combination of low-impact cardio, calisthenics, strength training, and maybe even a few dance moves to give you a well rounded workout for both strength and endurance. Yoga classes are taught by a 200-hour certified instructor.
May wear any color leotard, tights or comfortable form fitting workout clothes.
