This class follows a traditional ballet class format, starting at the barre focusing on posture and alignment, continuing with stretching and strengthening exercises. Center movement and traveling steps are added as the class progresses.
ATTIRE
May wear any color leotard, convertible tights and ballet shoes.

Movers is for ages 4-5. Movers Introductory Classes (Pre-Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap) are for ages 6-7 unless otherwise specified.
