What better way to keep yourself feeling great every week than to ALIGN! Returning SCB faculty Nicolle Ament brings her many years of teaching back to our studio, coming from a place of great knowledge with certifications in Pilates, UltraBarre, and Progressing Ballet Technique.
For this 5-week morning session, expect refreshing and strengthening sequences from Pilates, Yoga, and Barre practices.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept 12 - Oct 12, 9:00 am - 10:00 am, at our studio.
$95 for all 10 classes, or $12 single-class drop-in rate.
