Classes for Adults Begin Sept 3 too!

Adults can take any of our classes designed specifically for them to learn and develop dance skills too! All adult classes are open level, meaning all are welcome regardless of age and ability. Whether you've never taken a dance class in your life or you grew up studying dance, you are invited to dance!

Adults have two payment options - register for the class and come frequently to take advantage of a lower cost, or drop in and pay class-by-class. Both are equally welcome.

None of our adult classes perform in the recital, so you can learn in a comfortable and supportive classroom without any worry of whether or not you are ready for the stage!

While not limited to adults, our "Stretch & Strength" classes are also open to adults to join in with our teenage students. These classes focus on no-impact movements that largely stay on the mat, targeting muscular control and coordination for function and injury prevention. Adults can also register or drop in to these classes offered Mondays and Wednesdays.
