Adult Classes

We are thrilled to offer classes for adults to better help you continue moving and learn new moves throughout your life! We have an ongoing weekly Adult Ballet class and an Adult Tap class. These classes all take place in the evenings so you can make it over to the studio after a day of work. Both men and women are encouraged to enjoy these dance styles!

ABOUT

This all-level class is where adults can come and learn a dance style, whether they are total beginners, they haven’t done it since they were kids, or they already have all the skills. Open level means that we will all dance together so a few things will seem really easy to the old pros while a few things will be too hard for the beginner, but we all learn and progress and challenge ourselves together.

ATTIRE

Participants should bring comfortable clothing that allows for full movement. Tap shoes are preferred.

Age 14 & up This class is waiting for you! There is no other dance/sport out there like ballet. It is all inclusive, you have to strong, flexible, graceful, rhythmic, and tell a story with your body all at the same time. The ultimate workout. Bring a friend!

ATTIRE

Women should wear a leotard or other tight-fitting top with leggings and ballet shoes (socks if necessary).

Men should not wear baggy clothing, but something more form-fitting. For footwear, bring ballet shoes, jazz shoes, or socks.
