
Jewels Haidle

Jewels was born and raised in Texas and began her dance training when she was 3 years old at Dance Conservatory under the direction of Dolly Salas and was a student teacher. She danced and taught there till she was 12 and moved to Forchers Dance Center to further her dance education and training full time in 2012. She was a substitute teacher and the receptionist for the studio as well. There she trained under the direction of Jacquelyn Ralls Forcher. She joined Momentum Dance Company in 2008 as a Jr. Company member and worked her way up to full company in 2013 where she was given many opportunities to perform roles from Coppelia, Peter & The Wolf, & The Nutcracker including The Sugar Plum Fairy. She performed as a guest artist with Beckles Dancing Company and has trained in multiple different styles from Cecchetti, Balanchine, Modern, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Lyrical/Contemporary.
In 2020, Jewels was promoted to Principal dancer with Momentum Dance Company where she achieved her childhood dream of dancing as Snow Queen in The Nutcracker. She also taught Lyrical, Ballet, & Pointe at Baila Irving Performing Arts Academy from 2020-2024.
In 2023, she went on to become Assistant Artistic Director for Momentum Dance Company under direction of Christian Pillion where she choreographed and put on story ballets including Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, & The Nutcracker where she also performed as a Principle dancer in the roles of The Queen of Hearts & Captain Hook. During that time they received the Grace Note Award for 2024 which recognized companies who are making a significant contribution to the arts in North Texas through dance.
In the fall of 2024 Jewels and her Montana native husband moved to Billings where she began dancing with the modern dance company ARC and The School of Classical Ballet. She began teaching with SCB in fall of 2024.
Outside of dance Jewels also owns a professional photography business and co-owns a mobile coffee cart with her husband Tate. They have 2 dogs and a cat that they absolutely adore and they love being outside hiking or reading a book near a creek!
